Winner Winner Chicken Dinner with Chef Annie Elmore

2000 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

How many ways do you know how to cook a whole chicken? Here at Hot Stove Society, we always consider how a single component can be used for multiple recipes—we don’t want to waste a thing! Annie is the master of the one-chicken menu—in this class you’ll learn how to break down a whole chicken and create a memorable meal to wow your family and friends.

Annie will demonstrate a variety of dishes, including a refreshing and citrusy Super Salad with Lime-Jalapeno Dressing and Lemongrass Chicken Satay. Then on to comforting and savory Crispy  Chicken Confit with Vietnamese Tomato Rice and Ginger-Fried Garlic Nuoc Cham, a Hot Stove Society staff favorite! Finally, we will close with Coconut Crème Brulee and Mini Coconut Macaroons. No chicken or egg jokes here, just two great desserts that use both the egg yolks (crème brulee) and egg whites (macaroons). Why waste half your eggs—make another dessert!

Join us for this educational and enriching class that will have your family asking, “When are you going to make this again??”

Guests are welcomed with Tamarind Fish Caramel Crispy Chicken Wings and a Smashed Cucumber Salad to enjoy while watching the demonstrations and receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.
