In this fiery, finger-lickin’ class we explore one of the South’s most iconic dishes: Nashville Hot Chicken. Born out of rebellion and perfected over generations, this crispy, spicy, soul-satisfying chicken has earned its legendary status for a reason. It's addictive combination of crispy, juicy fried chicken brushed with a spicy cayenne pepper sauce, has customers waiting in line for hours to try it. In this class you will learn the secrets to achieving that ultra crispy juicy fried chicken, you will also make your own signature hot sauce from mild to wild. When your sauce is done you will be served a Southern feast to enjoy with your chicken. Warning: Things might get a little spicy, a little messy, and a whole lot delicious.
Guests will be greeted with Fried Green Tomatoes and Fried Pickles with Remoulade Sauce to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
