"Up Your Game with Fish" with Chef Bridget Charters

Learn some "other" ways to cook fish, rather than the usual grill, pan fry or roast. Join Chef Bridget in the Hot Stove Kitchen for a hands-on class learning how to prepare fish with several different techniques. August is the height of salmon season so let's take advantage and show you some new ideas for ways to cook salmon. Then we will show you a few other tricks: think steaks, roulade, cakes, salt roasted or cured. Each guest will learn how to debone a small fish and receive one of Tom's signature knives to work with and take home!
Guests will arrive to a welcome taste of Salmon Tartare with Herbs and Capers on our House Focaccia to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
