Join Chef Bridget Charters as she shares tales from her Turkish holiday on the southern Marmaris coast, where the Agean meets the Mediterranean. Food is central to the experience here, bold yet balanced, comforting yet elegant. Evenings are long and social, starting with mezze (small plates meant for sharing). The experience is relaxed, reflecting how food is enjoyed in Turkey—meant to be shared slowly and generously.
In this class Bridget will demonstrate a selection of traditional Turkish Meze including Mussel Rice infused with aromatic spices and a silky smoke kissed Whipped Eggplant Yogurt Spread. You will learn how olive oil, herbs and spices like sumac, paprika and cumin create the distinctive flavors of the Turkish table.
Perfect for curious home cooks and food lovers alike, this class offers a delicious journey into one of the world’s most beloved and soulful cuisines.
You will be greeted with Gozleme – flatbread filled with cheese and spinach served with Dill Yogurt and Turkish Olives to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Refund policy: Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable and non-transferable to other classes. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
