Summer Mezze - Cook the Books: Soframiz with Chef Bridget Charters

Summer is a great time to take advantage of all of the beautiful produce and make some light summery dishes to enjoy in the garden or out on a picnic. Sofra is a well know cafe in Boston and they produced a beautiful book with recipes from all over the Eastern Mediterranean. The class will start with teams making their Yufka Dough (a type of flatbread) then learning how to roll and cook and make a variety of "portable" wraps. Schwarma and the spices, zucchini and haloumi, salads and delicious sauces.
Guests will be greeted with Sofra Split Pea Hummus and Zaatar Almonds to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
