Have you been waiting all Winter for Spring to arrive? We are so excited about this change of season and can’t wait to share the freshest ingredients with you—let’s spring into sunshine! Out of The Big Dark and onto a new chapter, join us for a meal that will revitalize your palate and inspire your future home cooked meals with garden-fresh ingredients.
You’ll learn to make several dishes, including a mouth-watering and savory Grilled 48-Hour Maple Brined Bone-In Pork Chop with Spring Onion Soubise and Herbaceous Oven-Roasted Mushrooms, a show-stopper on any table. We'll end with a Rhubarb Upside Down Cake with Chantilly Cream for a sweet-yet-sour finish before you head out for the evening into a reasonably-timed dusk… There is light after 8pm! Gasp!
Guests will be greeted with House Smoked Salmon with Whipped Dill Ricotta Zucchini Blossoms and Romesco to enjoy while watching the demonstrations and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person(s) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable and non-transferable to other classes. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
