Join us in the Hot Stove Kitchen for a fabulous paella party! Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Spain with our hands-on Seafood Paella Cooking Class! In this class, you'll learn to create an authentic paella with fresh seafood saffron rice and a medley of flavorful spices. Guided by Chef Bridget Charters, you will learn essential techniques such as perfecting the consistency of paella rice, selecting and cooking premium seafood, and achieving the prized socarrat – the crispy layer at the bottom of the pan. Fun and delicious, this meal will be a perfect addition to your recipe book.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
