Step into the golden age of Las Vegas, where the cocktails are smooth, the music swings, and every bite feels like a night at the Copa Room. Tonight, you’ll enjoy a menu of elegant bites, indulgent courses, and playful twists including Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, for a touch of old Vegas flare and Veal Saltimbocca as smooth as a Sinatra Croon, and Prosser Farms Apricot Tiramisu a nod to vintage Vegas charm - all crafted to make you feel like a star under the spotlight. Every detail—from the table settings to the music to the cuisine—is designed to transport guests back to the golden age of Las Vegas, where elegance met mischief and every New Year’s Eve felt like a scene from a classic film. Join Chef Tom Douglas and the Hot Stove Society team for a night of decadent celebration!

To start the night off with a bang, upon arrival, you will receive a cocktail aptly named the Vegas Strip! Concocted with Kings Ginger, Passionfruit and Prosecco Float.

Wine pairings will accompany each course and are already included in the cost of the class.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
