Peach, Apricot, Plum Oh My! with Chef Bridget Charters

Summer in the PNW is an amazing place to be with all the bounty from our trees! Pence Peaches, Italian Plums, Puget Gold Apricots just to name a few! Here at the Hot Stove Society we are always looking to satisfy our sweet tooth with fruit-based desserts. Join Chef Bridget in the kitchen to learn some fun new dessert ideas with Peaches, Plums and Apricots. You will learn about Slab Pies, make your own mini versions (aka: "Pop Tarts"), and watch a classic nut crust demo for a plum tart that could be switched for any fruit. There are so many more options outside of the usual crisp or cobbler!
You will be greeted with a welcome salad of Local Greens and Grilled Peaches to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Policies:
Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
