An important element of enjoying your time in the kitchen is your skill and ease of preparing the ingredients. Learning the basics of safe knife handling and the basic cutting techniques will be enjoyable and make your more efficient. We'll cover mincing, chopping, slicing, and dicing to get the best yields out of your produce. From basic shapes of planks, sticks and cubes you can go on to create appealing structure in every dish.
You will Practice:
- Onions, carrots, peppers, garlic and herbs
- All of which you will take home as a delicious base for a soup or sauce
During the demonstration portion of the class, we will provide a delicious grilled cheese with tomato soup.
Policies:
Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
