During class, you’ll enjoy your own freshly baked Kachapuri using prepared dough, while also learning to make the dough from scratch to take home—so you can recreate this unforgettable pastry in your own kitchen. Along the way, you’ll taste your way through comforting, home-style favorites that showcase the depth and warmth of Georgian cooking.

Guests will be welcomed with Khinkali—juicy Georgian dumplings filled with spiced meat and savory broth—served with a creamy garlic and chive sour cream to enjoy during the chef’s demonstration. You will also get substantial tastes of the following menu items.
