We are continuing our annual celebration of Madam Julia Childs excellent birthday extravaganza. The most popular selfie taken at the Hot Stove Society all year long is with our beloved life size Julia. Our dearly departed “Chef in the Hat” and I loved trying to perfect her unique accent. Thierry outclassed me every time with his perfect falsetto and big foie gras eating grin. I dearly miss them both.
This year I’m using the Jacques and Julia collaboration book for our meal inspiration. Cooking “En Français” isn’t my first language in the kitchen so I have so much fun interpreting the recipes into my own style, in unison with theirs.

We will welcome you in the Loft for a reception of ”Violetta”, Kushi Oysters On the Half Shell with Mignonette, and Seared Alaskan Scallops with Tarragon Mayonnaise before moving into the kitchen for a dinner and demonstration.
There will be wine pairings included.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
