Discover the soothing, soulful side of Japanese cuisine in this interactive comfort food workshop. You’ll learn to make several dishes including silky, savory Crab Chawanmushi, Japan’s beloved steamed egg custard; rich and aromatic Japanese curry, a true household classic; and refreshing Hiyashi Chūka, a chilled noodle salad bursting with color and texture. You will get step by step instructions as you explore essential techniques, key ingredients, and the cozy flavors that make Japanese home cooking so irresistible.

Guests will be greeted with Agedashi Tofu with Grated Daikon to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person(s) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead. Tickets cannot be transferred to another class or be credited for another class.
