One of our very best friends at Hot Stove Society is coming back to the kitchen to cook up some of the most delicious and comforting soups to warm up your heart for this Fall and winter to come.

Matt Broussard, also known as @ACookNamedMatt, is taking over Hot Stove Society with his new cookbook, for a special Demo, Dine and Drink, with his friend Julie Ross joining him as mixologist for the night. Expect incredible food, delicious cocktails, plenty of laughs, a little kitchen chaos (the good kind), and a whole lot of fun together.

Lauded as “The Most Fun Chef to Watch on TikTok” by Forbes, Matt was born in Brownsville, Texas, where he first learned to cook from his grandmother. He later made his way through some of Seattle’s best kitchens, including our very own Palace Kitchen before taking his talents to social media. His creative, cutting-edge cooking videos have earned him more than 8 million followers and billions of views across platforms.

For this class, you get to sit back, sip something delicious, watch Matt cook, learn a few tricks, hear a few stories, and—most importantly—eat and drink everything they make. It will be one very fun night at Hot Stove Society!

Chef Matt's book Now We're Cooking will be available for purchase during class, and he can personally sign it for you at the end of the class.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person(s) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund policy: Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable and non-transferable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
