We’ll explore the science of gluten-free flours, balance and texture to help you bake with skill. You’ll also learn easy techniques, smart swaps, and tips that make gluten-free baking foolproof—and delicious. Perfect for beginners, food-lovers, and anyone who wants to bake with confidence.
Guests will be greeted with Mozzarella Stuffed Arancini with Marinara to enjoy while watching the demonstration.
