Girls Rule, Boys Drool! with the Hot Stove Sisters

The Hot Stove Society has been fortunate to have had so many talented cooks come through the doors and spend time as part of the team. Recently, our fearless and talented director Annie, has scored some accomplished team members, in addition to our longtime team members.
Similar to the sister city programs in the United States, the Hot Stove gals are collaborating for a sisterhood dinner at Hot Stove! Julie Ross is kicking the evening off with some of her amazing cocktails to go with an array of fun welcome tastes from the team, then Annie, Bridget, Rasyidah and Danae will do dishes that they consider integral to their development and identity as a chef. Stories will abound during the demos with plenty of fun and a bit of “talking smack”!

- Grandpa Butch's Sparkling Fuzzy Navel - Clear Creek Distillery Pear Brandy, Vodka, Orange Juice, Prosecco.
- The Valley: Jack Daniel's, Grilled Lemon and Lime Sour, Simple Syrup, Soda.
- Nutty Irish Maiden: Jameson, Frangelico, Homemade Irish Cream, Hazelnut Bark
When you arrive, you will be greeted with assorted welcome tastes:
- Braised Beef Rendang, Rice Paper Cracker, Pickled Cucumber & Fresno Chile, Scallion
- Vietnamese Dungeness Crab Roll, Nuoc Cham
- Smoked Trout Mousse on Rye Crackers with Dill and Pickled Beets
- Suppli ai Telefono – small fried rice balls filled with Cheese
What you will learn, and taste:
- Chili Crab, Soft Scrambled Egg, Crispy Rice, Chicken Fat Mantou Crouton
- Chicken Gallentine with Pine Nuts, Spinach, Rosemary and Lemon
- 14 Day Ribeye Shaken Beef Salad
- Schweinebraten with Sausage and Sauerkraut, served with Spaetzle with a Golden Sauce, Chives and Parsley
- Mini Coconut Pandan Cake Bites with Cream Cheese, and Gula Melaka Drizzle
- Mini Cannoli with Pistachios and Chocolate
- Vietnamese Coffee Pate a Choux
- Black Forest Tartlets filled with a Cherry Cream, Mascarpone and Cherry Cream
Policies:
Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
