In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to craft authentic Japanese-style ramen entirely from scratch. You will learn how to make fresh, springy hand-kneaded noodles and an assortment of perfectly balanced, soul-warming broths. You will learn about toppings for your ramen and how to build the perfect bowl balancing texture, flavor and heat. Whether you're a ramen fanatic or curious cook, this class will demystify the process and give you the tools (and recipes) to recreate your own ramen shop experience at home one noodle at a time. 

Guests will be greeted with Chicken Karaage & Mixed Greens Salad With Sesame Vinaigrette to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
