Celebrate the sweetness of the season with this hands-on baking class dedicated to summer fruit desserts. You'll learn to master two classic treats that showcase the vibrant flavors of ripe berries, stone fruits, and more.

In this workshop, we'll start with the rustic elegance of a French clafoutis—a tender, custardy pastry traditionally made with cherries but equally delicious with peaches, plums, or berries. Then, we'll move on to silky custard tarts, filled with rich, creamy custard and topped with jewel-like fresh fruit. You'll learn how to make and handle pâte sucrée (sweet tart dough) and how to create a smooth and stable custard filling and fresh fruit topping.

Perfect for both beginner and experienced bakers, this class will leave you with two versatile dessert recipes that you can make at home to wow your guests at your next summer gathering.

Guests will be greeted with a savory hand pie and side salad to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.
