French Pastry: Macarons with Chef Bridget Charters

Do you love macarons? These feather-light, meringue based French cookies with crisp shells, delicately chewy interiors, and lush fillings look difficult to make, but once you know the tricks of the trade you will master them. Bridget is super excited to teach you the art and science of making macarons at home, because, as she says, “macarons are my jam!” 

After you watch Bridget demo, you’ll make macaron batter together, pipe macarons, and bake them. You’ll also make buttercream and chocolate ganache, fill and sandwich your cookies together and decorate them, all hands-on.  

Guests will be greeted with a Slice of Custardy Quiche and a Lemony Salad to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Policies: 

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
