French Pastry: Choux Pastry With Bridget Charters

Choux pastry is one of the culinary world's more elusive wonders, but Chef Bridget Charters will be able to guide you down the road that leads to the perfect puff!  In this class you will learn the basics of choux pastry, and the right techniques for making the batter, piping tips and different ways to use the batter, both savory and sweet! 


By the end of class you will have dinner and dessert ready for Saturday night! 

(Pssst:  This is a great class to do with your aspiring young chefs of the house.) 

Guests will be greeted with Parisienne Gnocchi and Salad Verte to enjoy while watching the demonstration. They will also receive substantial tastes as well as a take home box full of cream puffs and eclairs that they've made.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
