Chef Danae McLaughlin and Cocktail Master Julie Ross are turning up the heat once again with a vibrant celebration of Cinco de Mayo! An evening filled with bold flavors, festive energy, and the soulful “spirit” of Mexico. This year’s menu invites you on a culinary journey through the rich and diverse traditions of Mexican cuisine. You’ll indulge in dishes like a bright and refreshing Hamachi and Shrimp Ceviche Tostada, layereded with citrus, fresh herbs, and a Smoky Chipotle Aioli. Then, savor the deep, complex flavors of Grilled Hanger Steak with Mole Negro—a dish steeped in tradition, where chiles, spices, and chocolate come together in a sauce that is both powerful and comforting.

Behind the bar, Julie will be crafting spirited libations that capture the essence of the celebration—like a Spicy Mango Margarita bursting with ripe, juicy mango and a playful twist on a Piña Colada, elevated with house-made fresh corn juice for a uniquely rich and tropical finish.

Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy generous tastings of the menu—each bite designed to transport you to the vibrant culinary heritage of Mexico. Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready to fiesta!! 

Guests will be welcomed with a crispy fried Chili and Oaxaca Cheese Croquette with a velvety Avocado Crema, and a bright and sweet Watermelon Mojito to enjoy while watching the demonstration. You will also get substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person(s) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund policy: Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable and non-transferable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
