Winter Turkey and Root Vegetable Pot Pies with Chef Annie Elmore

Home cooks need to have a recipe for this classic comfort food in their menu rotations. The most enjoyable pot pies have the right ratio of herby and savory gravy and that is our goal. To make the preparations less daunting we will spend the beginning of the class on knife work and then go into crust and filling. 

Each participant will get to have fun of creating your own puff pastry top for the pie. While the tops are baking. Each team of two will make the turkey and fall vegetable filling and each person will get to take home half of the filling. During the demonstration, we will serve a root vegetable pot pie and a side of crisp salad for you to enjoy while watching Chef Annie. Each guest will get to take home their own creation of the puff pastry. While the pies bake we will prepare a side salad to enjoy with the pies. This is a family friendly class!

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
