A vibrant celebration of the sea, our Seafood Paella is crafted with fragrant saffron-infused rice, simmered to perfection in a rich seafood broth. Topped with tender mussels, sweet clams, delicate calamari, and perfectly seared salmon, every bite is layered with fresh coastal flavors. Finished with roasted peppers, peas, fresh herbs, and a hint of citrus, this classic Spanish-inspired dish is as visually stunning as it is delicious—comforting, elegant, and made to be shared.

 Guided by Chef Bridget Charters, you will learn essential techniques such as perfecting the consistency of paella rice, selecting and cooking premium seafood, and achieving the prized socarrat – the crispy layer at the bottom of the pan.
