Date Night: Moroccan with Chef Rasyidah Rosli

From the bustling streets of Casablanca to the sun-soaked markets of Marrakech, immerse yourself in the vibrant, spice-filled world of Moroccan cuisine. Begin with the bright, zesty flavors of Moroccan Tomato Salsa, then dive into crafting a rich and aromatic Chicken & Green Olive Tagine from scratch—slow-simmered with warming spices and layers of deep, savory flavor. Along the way, you’ll explore signature spices like cumin, coriander, and paprika, bringing bold character and warmth to every dish.

Working in teams of four, each group will prepare the full menu together before sitting down to enjoy the meal they’ve created—an experience meant to be shared, savored, and celebrated. 

Guests will be welcomed with warm Grilled Flatbread and Smoky Zaalouk (Charred Eggplant Dip), Tzatziki and Hummus to enjoy during the chef’s demonstration. In addition, guests will also receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person(s) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund policy: Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable and non-transferable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
