Date Night: Down the Dairy Lane with Chef Annie Elmore

Join us for a meal highlighting the unique ways you can use different types of dairies in your home cooking! We will explore how to make butter at home, braise protein with milk, and in other ways you might not expect! You’ll learn to make several dairy-focused dishes, including a Sage-Lemon Milk Braised Pork Shoulder with Parmesan Soft Polenta and Fried Capers, a fragrant and savory meal that might just make it into your regular cooking repertoire!
Guests will be greeted with Herbaceous Scones with House Made Clotted Cream, Smoked Salmon, Pickled Cucumbers and Red Onions and receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person(s) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable and non-transferable to other classes. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
