Date Night: Coq au Vin Dinner with Chef Bridget Charters

Transport yourself to the French countryside for a cozy and romantic evening centered around one of France’s most beloved dishes: Coq au Vin.
In this demonstration and tasting class, we’ll explore the techniques and traditions behind a classic French dinner, beginning with delicate Gougères with Pork Rillette, followed by a crisp with Salade Verte with Goat Cheese Crostin and a deeply savory French Onion Soup.
The evening continues with classic French Chicken Braised in Red Wine, accompanied by Perfect Mashed Potatoes and French-Style Green Beans.
We’ll finish with an indulgent Chocolate Pot de Crème, the perfect sweet ending to our French-inspired date night.
Guests will observe the preparation and enjoy samples of each dish.
