From the misty waters of the Puget Sound comes one of the Pacific’s most prized treasures: Dungeness crab. In this cooking class, we’re diving headfirst into the deep traditions of Pacific Northwest seafood with a spotlight on the tender and iconic Dungeness.

Our Crab Feast is a celebration of everything craveable. You'll learn how to choose the freshest crab, prep and cook them to perfection, and master the art of extracting every buttery morsel. By the end, you'll understand how to handle Dungeness like a seasoned pro and taste the difference that skill and freshness makes.

To kick off this crustacean celebration, guests will be welcomed with a Summer Bounty Salad with Miso Vinaigrette to enjoy while we start the demonstrations, followed by substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
