From the misty waters of the Puget Sound comes one of the Pacific’s most prized treasures—Dungeness crab. In this class, we’re diving into the rich seafood traditions of the Pacific Northwest with a spotlight on the sweet, delicate, and wildly delicious Dungeness. Our Crab Feast takes you deep into the world of fresh crab. You will discover how to select prep and cook fresh crab like a pro. You will master the art of breaking down, cracking and extracting every sweet morsel of meat. This feast is a salty, buttery, crabby good time.

Guests will be greeted with Summer Bounty Salad with Miso Vinaigrette to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
