Classy Crepes with Chef Bridget Charters

The elegant delight of a light and lacy crepe is easy to achieve with a few basic techniques. In this class we will cover both sweet and savory crepe batters with an assortment of fillings. We will also explore multiple options for using crepes such as Parisian style, blintz and crepe cakes.
Our chef team will demonstrate the batter and cooking techniques without the crepe maker griddle. Guests will participate in hands-on cooking and assembly of some very delicious dishes to enjoy. After taking this class you will be ready to impress your friends with a wide range of artful crepe preparations.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
