Chef Annie Elmore will show you how to shape and bake these chewy, golden rounds with their signature dimpled centers, perfect for holding a variety of savory toppings. From achieving the ideal texture to mastering the baking process, you’ll gain the skills to recreate these bakery favorites at home.
Along the way, you’ll experience a spread of rich, satisfying flavors—from smoky salmon to creamy chive spread to tangy pickled vegetables—highlighting the balance of hearty and bright elements that define this cuisine.
Guests will be welcomed with Crispy Potato Pancakes served alongside Sweet-Tart Applesauce, Grilled Onions, and Savory Bratwurst to enjoy during the chef’s demonstration. You will also get substantial tastes of the following menu items.
