Discover the art of making soft, fluffy bao from scratch in this interactive cooking class. You'll prepare a versatile bao dough and learn essential techniques for mixing, shaping, filling, steaming, and pan-searing as you create Shiitake Char Siu Steamed Baos, Curried Vegetable Pan-Seared Baos, and beautifully pleated Pinch Buns filled with Salt and Pepper Fried Tofu. 

To complete the meal, you'll also make a refreshing Smashed Cucumber Salad, the perfect crisp and cooling complement to the warm, savory buns.
