Spring is a great time to prepare Mezze for dinner!  Traditionally, Mezze is served throughout Northern Africa, the Middle East and into Greece and the Balkans; it is considered the meal rather than an appetizer, which is perfect for a dinner party.

Join Bridget and the Hot Stove team in learning the easy tips and tricks for preparing mezze.  Spring in Seattle is when we finally start to get local Mediterranean produce, any of the items served in this class can easily be made in the morning.

You will be welcomed with a Lemon Artichoke Dip and Fresh Pita. The Hot Stove team will have a station set up so you can try your hand at rolling and baking fresh Pita Bread.  Hope to see you here!

Ticket price is per 1 person. 

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please note we will not be able to accomodate dairy-free, gluten-free or vegan dietary restrictions with this class.
