VIRTUAL CLASS

What could be better than a healthy helping of delicious dumplings on a frosty day?  Chef Annie Elmore will be joining us in the kitchen to show you how to make some easy to make (and even easier to eat) pelmeni and pierogi.  These are guaranteed to warm up any weekend!

What You’ll Learn and Make:

  • Beef and Pork Pelmeni (a traditional Russian dumpling filled with meat and delicous when tossed with butter and topped with sour cream) 
  • Cheese and Mushroom Pierogi (a central European dumpling stuffed with potatoes and cheese.  These delicous dumplings can be served boiled or pan-fried) 
  • Mustard Sauce

Virtual Classroom:

This class will be very similar to our previous in-person Hot Stove classes, with an instructor that demonstrates how to make each dish “live” via Zoom. As a registered attendee, you will have the ability to watch, learn and interact with the instructor, just as if you were sitting at one of our Hot Stove Society work tables!

Accessing the Class:

48-hours before class we will email all registered attendees a Zoom link, instructions, and recipes.
