Oh no, I can't attend to the virtual class that I have purchased tickets to... what do I do?
We appreciate you checking our virtual cooking school! Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however is yours and you may send someone else in your stead. For any other questions, please email hotstove@tomdouglas.com
When do I receive the zoom link?
You will receive the zoom link the day before class via email.
I'd like to buy a virtual ticket to your classes for a friend. How can I do that?
When purchasing tickets, there will be a prompt to enter a name.
Can I transfer ownership of my virtual ticket to another person?

I've already taken a class similar to your 101 class, can I skip it and go directly to the 201 level?
Sure, just know that there will be a lot of assumed language and techniques. If you feel 100% confident, by all means come in to the class that appeals the most to you.
