DEMO AND DINNER
Ahhhhh, Rome, the eternal city, capitol of Italy, a place with thousands of years of history, amazing culture, art, archeology and of course, amazing food! Rome is a massive sprawling city that one could easily spend weeks visiting and still not see it all; the Colosseum, the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, the Parthenon, and the list goes on!
Join Bridget and Julie on their latest adventure to Italy...drinking (and eating) like an Italian. A festive evening learning about Rome and "some" of the Roman specialties, along with some delicious cocktails and wines of Lazio. Bridget with teach you about the Italian tradition of marinating vegetables and storing under oil along with some spring specialties like favas, artichokes and roman cheeses. Julie has researched Roman cocktail and put together a fun mix of drinks to enjoy during the evening. The class is demo only, but Julie always brings guests up to learn her fabulous cocktail tricks.
Bridget will then demonstrate:
- Peperoni and Melanzane Sott’Olio
- Fave e Pecorino Primavera
- Insalata Carciofi Crudo
- Bucatini Cacio di Pepe
- Lingua di Romana with Salsa Verde and Spicy Tomato Sauce
- Carciofi alla Romana
- Ricotta Tart
Julie will then demostrate:
- The Garden Rose Cocktail
- Vibrant Sunrise
You will also be tasting some Roman wines:
Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund Policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
