Pho Soup Dumplings with Chef Annie Elmore

Take a beloved Vietnamese classic and give it a playful twist in this hands-on cooking class where we’ll transform the comforting flavors of pho into delicate, flavor-packed soup dumplings.
We’ll start by making hot water dough, learning the technique that creates the perfect balance of stretch and tenderness. We will fill each dumpling with a fragrant beef pho filling, rich with warming spices and savory depth with the essence of the iconic soup.
Then you’ll practice the art of forming and cooking dumplings—from rolling and pleating to steaming them.
No bowl of pho—or dumpling version—is complete without its accompaniments. You will enjoy your dumplings with homemade gluten-free hoisin sauce, zesty sriracha, bright lime, spicy jalapeño, and fresh Thai basil, so you can customize each bite to your taste.
By the end of class, you’ll have mastered the techniques to recreate these playful dumplings at home, along with the confidence to experiment with fillings, flavors, and sauces of your own.
Guest will be welcomed with Shrimp and Pineapple Fresh Rolls, and Pork and Taro Eggrolls while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.
