Here’s an opportunity to enjoy watching Tom Douglas cook dinner for you- not just any dinner, but a sumptuous six-course wine dinner where each course will be demoed by Tom and paired with delicious wines from Mark Ryan Winery.  The founder of the winery, Mark Ryan McNeilly, will be on stage with Tom to talk about the wines and discuss the pairings.

Mark Ryan Winery, located in Woodinville, has grown in size while garnering the respect of Washington State’s elite producers and earning acclaim from wine lovers and critics. The goal, however, remains the same. Make delicious wines that represent the vineyard from which they come, making every vintage better than the last.

Tom has pulled out all the stops to create an autumn menu with the luxurious flavors of black cod, Dungeness crab, cèpes, foie gras, squab, rib steak and more. You’ll learn how much these flavors are enhanced when paired perfectly with a glass of Mark Ryan wine.

Wine pairings are included in the price of the dinner.

  • Dungeness Crab and Chevre “Jelly Roll” a la Julia Child paired with 2018 Mark Ryan Chardonnay
  • Pigeon (Squab) Salad with Fig and Potato Crisp paired with 2017 Monkey Wrench Red Wine
  • Cèpes, Foie Gras, Toast paired with 2017 Crazy Mary Mourvedre
  • Beef Rib Steak, House Butter, Roasted Tomato Salad paired with 2016 Dead Horse Cabernet
