Casual, sophisticated food for entertaining

Tapas are traditional Spanish appetizers or snacks.  In Spain, you can order tapas in most any bar.   If you’ve been to Spain, you know they eat dinner late, and people need snacks with their early evening drinks to make it all the way to dinner without being too hungry.

Some tapas are served hot, but many are served room temperature or cold and most of the work can be done ahead which makes them a perfect choice for our casual and relaxed approach to eating and entertaining. Also, as the Spanish well know, tapas, festive and delicious, are the perfect food to serve with drinks.

You’ll enjoy substantial tastes of everything Bridget demos. You’ll go home with all the recipes, so if you keep a bottle of fino sherry chilled and ready in your refrigerator, you’ll be all set when the mood strikes to whip up some tapas!

A glass of wine or beer is included.  You’ll go home with a gift bag provided by the Culinary Collective.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Tuna stuffed piquillo peppers
  • Torta Española- the classic egg and potato omelet of Spain
