Oh la la!! Our very favorite French chef, Thierry Rautureau, “The Chef In The Hat," will share his contagious enthusiasm and recipes for elegant and sumptuous crepes. His demonstration will include 2 crepe batters, bechamel sauce and pastry cream. The savory crepe variations include smoked salmon, chicken and ham. The sweet crepes will be banana, suzette and chestnut. Willing participants can try their hand at flipping crepes on stage with Thierry.

Please note there is dairy and wheat in this menu and substitutions are not offered.

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 10/04/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
