Chef and Executive General Manager Chris Schwarz, the man who teaches our line cooks how to cook, will be here to show you everything you need to know about cooking a steak.

We’ll greet you with a classic cocktail while Chris shows you how to produce a Steakhouse dinner at home from the flourish of a tableside Caesar to the main event of a properly crusty and juicy steak with a delectable sauce and delicious sides.

Of course, you’ll enjoy substantial tastes of everything Chris demos for you. Chris will even set things on fire with a dramatic tableside dessert, Bananas Foster!

How to Cook a Steak:

  • Know your cuts of steak: where the cuts come from and steak cutting demo
  • How to properly season steak; seasoning before or after cooking
  • How to properly cook a steak and the benefits of “resting” a steak for prefect results

  • New York Strip Loin with wild mushrooms of the season
  • 21 Day Dry Aged Rib Eye with curry shallot butter
  • Beef Tenderloin with horseradish zabaglione and frizzled onions
