Looking for a very special way to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Join Chef Tom Douglas and the Hot Stove team for a decadent 8 course meal.  Inspired by Lola’s Greek and Mediterranean roots, as well as Ottolenghi’s vibrant cookbooks, Tom has created a menu featuring some of his favorite Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes. 

Kick off the night with a signature cocktail in our Loft Bar and enjoy meze-style bites featuring crunchy chickpeas, rice and currant dolmas, freshly baked pita, and hummus and then move into Hot Stove and enjoy a coursed meal while Tom demonstrates from the Demo Kitchen.  Three wines will be paired with dinner and a dessert cocktail will be served alongside your Financiers.

  • Roasted Carrot Hummus – fluffy, creamy hummus featuring carrots and urfa biber
  • Fried Vegetable Medley with Garlic Toum

  • Kohlrabi and Watercress Salad with Mint, Lemon, and Sumac
  • Burnt Eggplant with Garlic, Lemon, and Pomegranate
  • Salmon Kebab with Herb - Caper Relish
  • Squid Kebab with Crushed Chili and Green Chermoula
  • Haloumi Kebab with Fig and Red Wine
  • Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes with Aleppo Honey
  • Spiced Rack of Lamb with Preserved Prosser Tomato Relish and Mejadra with Fried Onions, Lentils, and Rice
  • Coffee and Walnut Financiers with Coffee Icing
