It is time to enjoy the abundant peak season produce from our farm in Prosser, Washington. Co-owner of the company and Farmer in Chief, Jackie Cross pours love into the sustainable practices of growing organic vegetables for our restaurants and we are delighted to showcase them at these special dinners. We welcome back former farm manager and talented chef Dev Patel to turn these beautiful vegetables into a delicious 5 course meal. While the dinner will consist of a variety of vegetables please note that seafood and meat may also be included, finishing up with a farm fresh fruit dessert.

Menu formulation will be based on the most delicious, up to the minute readiness of the crops. A carefully selected beverage paired with each course is included.

These dinners will take place in the cozy dining room of the former Serious Pie Virginia, unfortunately we cannot visit the farm this year.  Guests will be seated at a convivial communal feast table.

Safety:  For guest and staff safety we are following the news closely and support the guidance for indoor mask wearing. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. The mask policy is subject to change and will be updated regularly. Effective 7/31/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
