A spring twist on classic potato gnocchi

Here’s your chance to learn to make gnocchi- traditional Italian dumplings which are soft as pillows, tender and delicious- just like Nonna (an Italian Grandmother) would do it.

In this hands-on class, our Italian expert, Chef Instructor Bridget Charters, will show you how to make potato gnocchi and how to sauce it for spring weather.

As you watch Bridget demo, you’ll enjoy tastes of the sauced gnocchi. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves and make potato gnocchi hands-on. Learn how to cook some of your potato gnocchi in class, and we’ll box up the rest of the uncooked gnocchi for you to take home.

A glass of wine or beer is included.
