VIRTUAL CLASS

Located in the heart of Pike Place Market, Pasta Casalinga is a hidden gem owned and operated by Chef Michela Tartaglia.  Michela will be in the kitchen with our own Chef Bridget Charters teaching you how to shape cicatielli, a pasta from South of Italy, along with some mouthwatering sides.  This will be a perfect class for the whole family to enjoy and make together, so grab your loved ones and head to the kitchen!

What You’ll Learn and Make:

  • Cicatielli Handmade Pasta with Tomato Sugo
  • Pork Scallopini with Lemon
  • Lemony Green Beans
  • Tartufi di Cioccolato – Chocolate Truffles

Virtual Classroom:

This class will be very similar to our previous in-person Hot Stove classes, with an instructor that demonstrates how to make each dish “live” via Zoom. As a registered attendee, you will have the ability to watch, learn and interact with the instructor, just as if you were sitting at one of our Hot Stove Society work tables!

Accessing the Class:

48-hours before class we will email all registered attendees a Zoom link, instructions, and recipes.
