Make fresh, handmade pasta at home!

Our Hot Stove Team loves to make pasta, so if you’ve been longing to learn to make your own fresh pasta at home, this is the hands-on class for you!

We’ll instruct you on how to make two different basic pasta doughs. Then we’ll show you how to roll and cut pasta by hand and by machine, and also show you how to make shape pici (a thick hand-rolled pasta like fat spaghetti) and trofie (a short, twisted pasta from Liguria).

As you watch the team demo, you’ll enjoy substantial tastes of fresh pasta with seasonal sauces that let the flavor and texture of the pasta shine through.  

Take home the fresh pasta that you made yourself.

A glass of wine or beer is included.

What You’ll Learn and Tastes: (demo)

  • How to make egg base pasta dough
  • How to make flour and water base pasta dough
  • How to roll and cut dough on KitchenAid pasta attachments to make fettuccini and pappardelle
  • How to hand shape pici and trofie
  • Learn about consistency, drying, storage, how to cook, and which sauces go with which pasta shapes
  • Taste fresh pasta with seasonal sauce that lets the flavor of the pasta shine through
