Vibrant Wines, Vibrant Vegetables | In Person Class


Our vegetable and wine enthusiast Hot Stove director, Pamela Hinckley will showcase 5 wines that complement some of her favorite recipes from Ottolenghi’s cookbook ‘Plenty’.

In the summer we crave bright, nervy wines with snappy acidity. There will be 1 rosé, 2 whites and 2 red wines.  To accompany the wine tasting our chefs will prepare 3 small plates featuring a roasted veggie tart, lentils with eggplant and a chickpea salad.

Ottolenghi’s food mixes diverse culinary cultures and seasonings making them noble companions for distinctive wines.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
