An Elegant Summertime Meal

For this edition of Lunch Club, Our Italy expert, Bridget, is going to show you how to make a classic Piedmontese dish called Vitello Tonnato.  Sliced veal is covered with a creamy sauce of handmade mayo flavored with oil-packed tuna, anchovies, and capers. The dish is beautifully garnished and served chilled. Once you learn how to make Vitello Tonnato, you’ll be able to surprise your family and friends with something a little different that makes a truly elegant summertime meal.
