Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club.  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Hot Stove Instructor Sean McFadyen cooks lunch for you!

For this edition of lunch club, Sean has created a menu of fabulous fall flavors. To start, there’s hearty winter squash topped with smoked crispy pork carnitas and dukkah (Egyptian nut, herb, and spice blend).  Next, you’ll enjoy a sumptuous turkey pot pie, and Sean will show you how to make super fast ‘blitz’ puff pastry. This comfort food menu finishes with a dessert of cheesecake dressed up for autumn with apple compote and pumpkin spice caramel!
