Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club!  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Chef-Instructor Bridget Charters cooks lunch for you!

Chef Bridget, our Italian expert who lived and worked in Italy for several years, will show you how to make comforting and delicious tortellini en brodo (tortellini in broth).

Go ahead and treat yourself to this special way to go out for lunch. Better yet, find a buddy and make it a lunch date!

What You’ll Learn: (demo only)

  • Antipasto: Salami, Stracchino (Italian cow’s milk cheese), and Dahlia Bakery bread
  • Tortellini en brodo: the tortellini are stuffed with prosciutto, ricotta, and spinach and served in a rich chicken broth, with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano on top
  • Ciambella with coffee- the classic Italian ‘bundt’ cake
