Rolled Pasta filled with Spinach and Cheeses

Tired of the same-old, same old?  Try thinking about lunch in a whole new way and sign up for Lunch Club!  In the same hour that you usually spend chomping down a sandwich while you look at your phone, you can be seated at Hot Stove Society while Chef instructor Bridget Charters cooks lunch for you!

Do you have spring fever? Then it’s time to chow down on some spring greens! Bridget will show you how to make a rotolino (pasta roll) filled with spinach and Italian cheeses.  Raise the bar on Mom’s meatloaf by learning to make a fancy meatloaf with three meats, spring peas, and hard-boiled eggs. For dessert, Bridget will make a special Spring Green Roulade- a luscious rolled sponge cake with pistachios.

Go ahead and treat yourself to a special way to go out for lunch. Better yet, find a buddy and make it a lunch date!

What You’ll Learn and Eat: (demo only)

  • Spinach rotolino- a rolled stuffed pasta filled with spinach, bechamel, and Italian cheeses
  • Not-Your-Mother’s-Meatloaf- veal, beef, pork, spring peas, and hard-boiled egg
  • Spring Green Roulade with pistachios, pastry cream, and whipped cream
